I know that pull ups are hard if you have just started, so try a machine that has support weight or a good friend that can help you by supporting your legs to take some weight off. Even starting with 2-3 reps of pull ups is worth it. Itโ€™s an incredible exercise and you will get stronger each time helping you eventually to achieve 8-10 reps ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
