Mark Wright Instagram – Just made this for brunch, avo on “toast”, was lovely! 🥑🍠

Easiest recipe to make too! The hardest bit is slicing your sweet potato up 😂. Cut into toast thickness slices, spray with oil and season then pop in an air fryer for 10 mins on each side. Make your guac however you like it – I added lime and chilli to mine and there you go! Healthy fats, tastes unreal, thank me later!
