Matthew Hussey Instagram – We’re married! People get married promising each other they will be there for each other in the hardest times – the person I married has already been there for mine. I’ve been able to count on @theaudreyhussey over and over again. I have never trusted anyone more, with my heart, my happiness, my future. Anyone who has spent time with Audrey knows how many rare qualities exist in this one human being. Her emotional intelligence is like nothing I’ve ever seen. She is so open. So funny. She sees what’s special in everybody. She’s smart but understated; powerful but humble; interesting enough to talk with for a lifetime; one of the most insightful people in every room, and an incredible advisor to me away from the noise. She can read a room at lightning speed. She doesn’t always feel the need to talk or prove anything, and yet she sees everything. She is simply extraordinary, and gets more extraordinary every day I get to know her better. She has also loved me in a way I have never experienced. The things I used to hide from people because I thought they would be unattractive, have been things she accepted me for. Things I judged me for, she loved me for. She made me feel loved for the little things I didn’t even notice about myself until she pointed them out. Through her I’ve had the opportunity to rediscover myself, and to do so through the most loving lens possible. At 36 I feel like I’m being introduced to me by my biggest fan. I’m so fantastically lucky to be loved by this human being. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped. We’re now in Japan on our honeymoon, and we are so excited to be able to enjoy this moment we have been waiting for for months…the moment we finally get to eat pizza again.
