Nick Baga Instagram – Process over perfection.
As I muster up the energy to go to the gym on this chilly LA morning I’m reminding myself that showing up is the win. No need to compare where I was or how I looked because like most things, health and wellness is an infinite game. There’ll never be a day when I reach a goal and I’m done… there will always be more work to do. Whether that is to maintain, to build strength, increase mobility, stretch, shift my eating habits. None of these are constantly the same and depend on what is happening in my life at the time. However I take pride in doing the work to feel my best and move my best.
Looking at these photos from a couple weeks ago, this was right after an intense phase of dance & movement. Here I was feeling really good, lean, strong, mobile and inspired.
My motivation for today.
