Vikas Khanna Instagram – Indian sweets are so delicious but also require a lot of technique, practice and skill. 
I have so so much respect for halwais who make them. 

Someone sent me this video & my heart stopped. 
This is from Ayodhya where chefs are cooking 151 Quintal….about 33,000 pounds of batch of Ladoos. 
33,000 pounds…….

Vikas Khanna Instagram – Many years ago, I think 2013 Lata ji invited me to Prabhu Kunj, she asked me to cook prasad for the prayers. 

My heart’s wish was granted. ❤️
I steamed baby bananas stuffed with jaggery-coconut-cardamom-sesame seeds. 

As we are celebrating her legacy in Ayodhya, I wanted to share the simple recipe that Didi loved.
