Alice Waters Instagram – About last night ✨ Guests enjoyed a very special meal by our dear friend Sylvan Mishima Brackett and our chefs David Tanis and Luis Sierra. A multi-course dinner was prepared in honor and celebration of Sylvan’s newest cookbook, “Rintaro: Japanese Food from an Izakaya in California.” Thank you to everyone who attended, it was lovely to see all your smiling faces in our dining room.
