There is nothing wrong with being yourself. You do not need to change your outward appearance for the acceptance of others. My mantra the past couple of years has been, my people will find me. And when I finally just started being ME, my audience grew. Even as I evolve and change, even if I don’t, my people will find me. And they will love me for ME, cuz one thing about it, you’re going to always get authenticity over here. Being fake is exhausting and I’m neurodivergent so I don’t have the ability to do that shit anyway 😂 now go FIND YOUR FRIENDS

Something about putting a check next to every exercise! Small wins, make a big difference. Do not discount the little changes you are making in your life! Maybe a full workout is too much for you right now, but how about a nice walk? Cleaning your entire room may be daunting, how about just clean one corner! Making smaller goals has been so helpful. I’ve been hitting them pretty consistently and it really has boosted my self esteem! What are some changes you’d like to make? What are the small steps you think you can take to get you there?!?
