Anthea Turner Instagram – If you want to lift your spirits go on one of @thisgirlcanorganise Nicola Lewis’s walks. 25 of us gathered together on Sunday in Hyde Park because Nicola had an idea that instead of chatting through social media a good old meet up, walk and talk was what we needed and she was right. The next one is in Chelmsford on 4th Feb, If you want to join in go to her page and book your spot as there’s only 25 places to keep it intimate and chatty. After the walk I peeled off and met up with Soho and his new NBF Reggie !! We walked, they ran round in circles, warming coffee and my fave a Mocha – When you live in a city the parks are your free golden ticket to better health and wellbeing. It was cold though out of the sun, but thank God for the hand warmers I picked up from @mountainwarehouse These little heated bags are worth their weight in gold – Get a stack in if like me you have the coldest hands, worth every penny 🧤 X
