Anthea Turner Instagram – Just found myself in M&S buying thermal underwear! Still the sun’s shining here in London so I’ll suck up the cold. Our skin in the cold suffers and mine being on the pink spectrum can’t take it and needs protection. When you’re out in the cold it can feel lovely and fresh but once inside you can see how much damage this weather does to our exposed areas. We are constantly going from cold to dry central heating so no wonder our skin, lips, hair and cuticles look dry. At night I remove my makeup with BALM 6. It’s a pure oil, no water so the kindest way to cleanse, massage and nourish my face. This is not the time to be adding harsh oil stripping potions into your beauty regime. All skins have a natural protective layer of oil and we want to preserve that, not destroy it. After I’ve cleansed and using a warm damp face cloth gently wipe all residue off I then pat dry and use BALM 6 again as a night moisturiser. I need it to put back what the cold and dry has sucked out and with Prickly Pear in it, natures Hyaluronic Acid which helps form a barrier so we don’t lose moisture while we sleep, its a winner. I also put it on my cuticles, lips and even hair if needed because BALM 6 has been created to have multiple uses. Luxury has not been forgotten the aroma of Rosemary, Lemon Grass and Vanilla is loved by everyone I speak to. This advice is not good for business but please use BALM 6 sparingly – As there’s no water in it the nourishing ingredient only is jam packed into the pot. With the scoop that comes with it put a small coin size into your palms and as you rub them together watch it melt.
