Last night at the premiere of @radicalthemovie Proud of @ederbez ✨ I’ve been a fan since the years of el Longe Moco (IYKYK) then I got to work with him on the @iamrobschneider show ROB! I went out of my comfort zone and got bangs and then cut my hair super short. I used to be scared of change lol – mainly bc of my profession..used to think I had to keep my “look” But F that, I don’t actually! And it feels good to be able to try whatever I want and embrace being more free and not giving a F about minor stuff like this. I feel like I was always so uptight and I’m finally letting go and releasing! So silly yet so freeing 🙌🏻 ( Haircut by: @stevestylemark )

I like it when I feel healthy because I know I’m taking care of myself and my body. I like it when I feel strong. I like feeling and seeing my body looking healthy and I’ve been working out again (finally!) and I think I’m starting to see the results! I’m putting more emphasis on myself now and I won’t stop! First years as a mom I was learning and couldn’t think of anything else but the kids’ needs. But now I’m wiser. Honestly I don’t regret the time and energy I put into my kids. I don’t at all. But it can’t be done that way forever. It’s not sustainable or healthy. First few years ok..it’s a process and we (parents) are learning as we go. But now they are (the kids) more independent which is good for them..and so it is time to reclaim ME. Not sure this makes sense haha but all I know is I’ve gone back and forth feeling in so many ways with how my body has changed and I really like that feeling when I am “feeling myself” when I even turn myself on (yes I do!) bc I am so much more in tune with who I am (still learning ..always learning) and much more aware of what really matters to me and in life in general. I’m getting older and I am finally finding out what I want and I’m claiming it. #mybodymytemple #loveyourself #manifestyourreality #manifest #workout #excercise #health #metime

I pray for peace. Why are some people so evil? INNOCENT people are and have been dying for centuries. Innocent children are and have been dying. This is the doing of EVIL people – it’s is not about religion, countries, ethnicity, etc. It is about pure evil. Don’t we all show kindness to our friends and neighbors? No matter their religion? If you’re a decent human being, you show kindness to other humans. Period. I am talking about the evil of the world and I am talking about ALL the innocent people dying and not only one country in particular. My heart goes out to all the innocent people suffering and dying because of these evil wars. This isn’t about “us” or “them” The only “them” are the evil regimes that want all the power and ultimately could care less about ANYONE but themselves. You are not evil. I am not evil. Let’s stand together and let’s make this stop because if we are together, they have nothing. Love is bigger. I pray for peace. I pray for humanity and peace on Earth.
