Ianne Fields Stewart Instagram – As a survivor of emotional abuse, the current mass gaslighting that turns fighting for peace for one people into violence against another is a triggering reminder of a time when my reality was denied me.
While I do not believe anything going on today is complicated, I would like to share how I handle morally complicated situations.
When faced with moral grayness, I ask myself who my beliefs place me in solidarity with.
Do my beliefs place me in the company of people who believe there is never justification for the bombing and deaths of 20,000 people?
Or do my beliefs place me in solidarity with the US who labeled/labels The Black Panthers, Martin Luther King Jr, and 12 year old Black boys as terrorists?
