Monica Malik Instagram – The centrally sponsored PMFME Scheme was launched by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
✅ The scheme is divided into 3 categories:
1️⃣Individual
2️⃣Groups (SHGs/FPOs/Co-operatives)
3️⃣Common Infrastructure
✅ Features:
👉 90% of the project cost will be provided as a loan
👉 A subsidy of 35% will also be provided
👉 For individuals and groups, the maximum subsidy is up to 10 lakhs
👉 For Common Infrastructure, the maximum subsidy is up to 3 crores
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
👉 The applicant must be above 18 years of age
👉 The applicant must possess at least an eighth-grade educational qualification
👉 Only one person per family is eligible for financial assistance
