If they sought treatment at a non-network hospital, they had to pay the entire amount out of pocket and then go through the cumbersome claim reimbursement process.
However, the General Insurance Council has now launched āCashless Everywhereā to extend cashless treatment to all hospitals. Watch the video for full details!
