Full shoulder workout 💪🏽
Back at it, keeping my neck neutral at all times! 
Using 5-8 lbs dumbbells. 
Higher reps and you will be sore by the time you are done 
Each exercise 12 reps 3 sets. 
Last exercise is optional 😂

Maria girl, this has to be one my fav looks, wow…hello! @torontofashionacademy and @kh_luxury_boutique yup, the ‘it’ dress!
 
Peeps, I was nervous hosting – wasn’t sure if my voice would hold up as this was my 1st speaking event after surgery. 
But the adrenaline kicked in when standing on the @canadianopera massive stage. I even sang a bit (poor audience)😂

But the minute the show ended, yup, my body crashed…let me tell you, I learned a lesson. Now I understand what recovery means, don’t push so hard ❤️
