Very beefy and buttery because half of the pot was filled with beef fat, the beef slices we ordered was 36rmb and was great, n we also had freshly pounded 蝦滑 so you know what’s in it. We tried the baijiu named “歪嘴” and it did leave our faces crooked… not for the faint hearted!
