What a treat to be with LPGA commissioner @molliemsamaan and Golf Channel’s @blaironealgolf . Loved hearing about their career journeys, some of the challenges they’ve faced and how they balance it all as working Moms. Ha! As if! Major takeaways? “It’s all about mindset, so do the self-discovery work, and let the chips fall where they may” Thank you to @hiltongrandvacations for hosting this Women’s Leadership Panel during the first LPGA tourney of the year! #tournamentofchampions

📸 @jerrigrahamphotography in her home Repost• @jerrigrahamphotography This morning, I was thinking about moving the furniture around in my home and turning the downstairs into a full on photo studio again. I always want a change thinking I need more
@ilovetylermadison makes these very cool pants and they named their company after their two dogs and Otis and I are big fans. Merci beaucoup @ilovetylermadison! And bonus: some dudes cold plunging and grunting in the Long Island sound because, why not.
We caved in and let Otis have his first sleepover with his girlfriend, Greta. Too young? #chrismukkah

Awoooo I say yessss ❤️ RePosted from @christinasmoses: oldie but a damn goodie… The Invitation It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing. It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive. It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human. It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy. I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, ‘Yes.’ It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children. It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back. It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments. by Oriah Mountain Dreamer

One of my favorite stories from bringing SELF!SH to life was when @giveanhour worked with an after-school girls program in an Indianapolis Public School District. They asked 5th and 6th-grade students to create their own paper version Playbooks. These Playbooks included personal coping mechanisms, ways to help a friend who is showing “Signs of Emotional Suffering”, sources of joy in their lives, expressions of gratitude, what they would like to hear from adults, and inspirational pictures and quotes they loved. As you’re about to embark on this new year, whether you’re pushing boundaries or your own boundaries have been pushed, I hope these 5th and 6th graders inspire you to take a little Self!sh time for yourself – to take stock of who you are, how far you’ve come, and what it means for you to live a fuller life. We all can benefit from taking a little time to find the things that help us feel whole and that’s not selfish, it’s SELF!SH. Add to your New Year’s resolution this year and bring strength and endurance to 2024 by creating your very own Personal Playbook. Happy New Year! 🥳🎉🍾 50% of my profits from Self!sh go to the mental health organization @giveanhour, supporting their important work to create resilient communities and improve mental health and emotional wellbeing, one hour at a time. . 🌟 #NewYearNewGroove #Self!sh
