I didn’t know that my story would resonate so much with people, but when so many came up to me after with tears in their eyes I knew that it touched a nerve & we have a lot more of the truth to share together and a lot more healing to do. First we saw a Bobcat in the wild (staring at us from a close distance in the long grass on an empty road) and shortly after a double rainbow 🌈🌈. Three things I keep leaning into: 1. Listening to nature and my body more. 2. Cultivating a sense of ease, letting go where it’s tight, deep healing breathing and stopping and feeling it when it comes up (usually in the car) 3. Deepening connection (which requires practicing more vulnerability, truth-telling, staying present even when it’s hard). And all of that to take care so that we can do the really hard work ahead that the planet requires. Wishing love, ease and deep connection to you and a happy New Year. And I’ve just joined the board of Ocean Conservancy @oceanconservancy so stay tuned for more on how we will work toward a healthier ocean protected by a more just world.

Our Hip-Hop Competition Reality Series, ‘Rhythm Flow,’ is Back For Season 2 on Netflix With DJ Khaled, Ludacris & Latto As Judges Eminem! We came up with this show idea years ago at a dinner with @jeffpollackmusic when streaming services were just getting going and they didn’t have competition reality. Then @netflix stepped up & our first season made people cry and cheer. And the show launched in Italy and France with local rappers in those places. And now here we are at Season II!! With such incredible judges and talent. Dreams do come true. #GetLifted
