Ty Stiklorius Instagram – First we saw a Bobcat in the wild (staring at us from a close distance in the long grass on an empty road) and shortly after a double rainbow 🌈🌈. Three things I keep leaning into: 1. Listening to nature and my body more. 2. Cultivating a sense of ease, letting go where it’s tight, deep healing breathing and stopping and feeling it when it comes up (usually in the car) 3. Deepening connection (which requires practicing more vulnerability, truth-telling, staying present even when it’s hard). And all of that to take care so that we can do the really hard work ahead that the planet requires. Wishing love, ease and deep connection to you and a happy New Year.
