Barton Cowperthwaite Instagram – This past week has been the most rejuvenating experience I’ve ever had. After an unimaginably difficult close to 2023, this vacation has refilled my soul and recharged me for the exciting endeavors that lay ahead. We couldn’t have taken this trip without our incredible friends at @senderonosara. I’m so deeply grateful. We had a boat day, enjoyed sun rises and sunsets, surfed a ton, ate incredible food, got the best massage I’ve ever had, took a ballet class, met tons of wonderful new people, journaled, read books, cold plunged, and healed in the sun. My intention during this time has been to stay as present as I can, not to give too much of my precious attention to what’s coming or what’s past. If I’m fully in this moment, then I’ll be fully in the next. Feeling fulfilled in that effort. Now it’s our final morning in Nosara, back to NYC this evening, and starting rehearsals for @outsidersmusical tomorrow morning! Feeling ready! | Posted on 31/Jan/2024 22:13:45
