Some of of you guessed the motor when I first posted about the car – well done! These photos are of a first mockup and the plans are as follows:
– @kelfordcams (medium spec for good torque, factory pistons and retaining VVTi, 264 or 272 degrees duration)
– @mywireshop ultra nice custom race harness for MaxxECU, with new double TPS connectors, OBD-port, etc.
– @pmcmotorsport adapter kit and flywheel for ZF transmission
– @tenacimotorsport 240mm clutch and sprung disc for great driveability and reliability
– @xat_racing S65 ITB adapters
– Custom press fit ITB velocity stacks from my Uruguayan friend @fernandomontero_oficial
– Underdrive powersteering and alternator setup using parts from UZ mastermind @hughesracebuilt
– @eneosusa Street 0W-50 motor oil, which is also what we run in Formula Drift
The engine itself was sourced by my friends at @garage_d_official and it’ll be fully built by my friend @dag_johnson using OEM parts from @toyota_norge. @maxxecu tuning by @jonusracing and fab work by @vtssolutions. Really excited for this build! | Posted on 05/Feb/2024 17:39:49
