The “Piss Clam,”Geoduck #グイダック or Ipswich Clam is one of many seafood I’d never heard of before I took a Market Tour, the vendor held one up and it started to piss at me. You can eat them, they’re quite good, but after seeing them, it might be one of few foods I would pass on. I love seeing new things and the Yokohama City Central Market “Exploration” Tour was quite good, esp the piss clams, anago, shrimp and maguro!
