Mat Fraser Instagram – Hitting a bench cycle with @malobrien_ , spin bike workouts increasing and just got cleared to squat with weight, jump and run. Coming back from the full knee ACL, MCL, Meniscus repair- slow and steady and stronger than before. WATCH OUT. #HWPO
