Questlove Instagram – For 30+ years I’ll say that women have took the wheel when it comes to our/careers. Damn near 70% of our leadership in this organization have been women (managers, road managers, roadies, light operators, sound engineers, our website, lawyers, accountants, managers, assistants, graphic designers, chefs, booking agents stylists. To see Tina Farris getting her flowers (she not only has been our tour manager for the last 25 years but she has trained damn near the next generation of tour managers (I’d run outta space listing her clients——even if she is NOT in the room she is running the show.
