It’s been the most amazing time catching up with wonderful friends @barkerlayton and @ross.layton2020 and their family.
Wonderful switching off time for a few days away, relaxing, eating, walking, and a HUGE amount of chatting!!
Great to have spoken at the @bloomworldacademy school and inspire the children.
@rachel.blackburn2016 can’t believe we also managed to spend an evening together too. My dear dear friend (for life 🥰🥂). And to have caught up with one of my online clients, who lives here and has done AWESOME in his training these past months following his online training program, workouts and nutrition plans📉.
