Build confidence slowly and familiarise yourself. 2️⃣Bring a Friend: A workout buddy can provide support and motivation as well as someone to be held accountable to to turn up at a set time to workout together. 3️⃣Plan Your Routine: Having a structured plan reduces uncertainty. Find a coach to write your workouts to suit your goals and lifestyle. 4️⃣Choose Off-Peak Hours: Less crowded times mean a more comfortable environment, less people and stress. 5️⃣Focus on Yourself: Remember, everyone is there for their journey, not to judge.
