Caption : How many days a week do I need to workout? Do I have to lift weights to see result’s? How many sets & reps do should I do to get results? What is the optimal level or training frequency and volume to get results? Well first you need to consider the below 👇🏻 👉🏻Frequency – the number of training sessions done over a period of time, usually a weekly basis. 👉🏻Volume – refers to the total amount of ‘work’ you are doing in the gym. There are a few different types of volume: Set, Rep, Load & Weekly volume. All important factors to consider for an effective programme Most people ask me to help them “tone up” basically that means building muscle “Hypertrophy”. For this, most of my online clients train x3 full body sessions a week, or sometimes an Upper body, Lower body, Full body split. I may write an extra 20min full body cardio blast as a bonus with some extra short Core/Ab workouts too. Taking them to x4 workouts a week.
