As a busy working parent running my own business, One thing I’ve learnt about fitness as a personal trainer and writing programs for my online clients is: Your workout will very rarely ever be perfect. For me, Looking after my family, 2 young boys, a military husband who works long hours, the house, my PT business in my gym and online keeps me crazy busy 🤪. Meaning 👉🏻 “You never have as much time as you want in the gym or your workout space!!” So SHORT (10-30 min) workouts, that you can do consistently, with good intensity WILL and CAN still get you far.
