💚Soul – Looking after your emotional wellbeing by listening to and caring for your emotional feelings such as self-talk, setting boundaries and connecting with support networks.
Remember self-care is about attending to your needs with the goal of improving your happiness, wellness and mental health. It’s about caring for your mind, body and soul by implementing small and simple habits into your lifestyle that support your wellbeing.
