Amy Williams Instagram – Simple arm 💪🏻 workout for you all. Exercising doesn’t need to be complicated or hard to understand. This is an example of one of my home workouts I write for my online clients to do from the comfort of their living room.
You need just 15/20 min of time to get those your arms burning 🔥!!
Really try to push your limits, add that extra 1kg or extra rep.
Details👉🏻 10-15 reps per exercise , minimal rest.
3-4 Rounds, 60-90 seconds rest end of each round.
1️⃣ External Rotations
2️⃣ Shoulder Press
4️⃣ Tricep Kickbacks
5️⃣ Bent over Rows
6️⃣ OH Tricep Extensions
7️⃣ Bicep curls
You can use a Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Heavy Book, Milk Cartons, water bottle ! Anything to add resistance.
