This is an example of one of my home workouts I write for my online clients to do from the comfort of their living room. You need just 15/20 min of time to get those your arms burning 🔥!! I had such a lovely treat this afternoon going to The Spa at No.15 @guesthousehotels in Bath on Great Pulteney Street. An hour to myself, lying still, not having to do anything or think of anyone! I had their signature bespoke ‘Lesson the stress’ treatment, and yes it did just that! It started with a great back massage which helped to sort out my knots in my back, releasing those aches and pains. Then I flipped over and a wonderful facial began. Organic lotions and potions on and off my face almost making me drift off. It was blissful.
