What is your main habit to do each day that sets you off doing other positive things?
i.e. Is it starting your day with just a 10/20 minute walk, maybe walking your dog that sets you up for doing other healthy habits such as then eating a very good breakfast, being more productive in your morning work and making sure you fit in your afternoon workout?
If you get that one habit done, you’re more likely to do other positive beneficial habits throughout the day.
