1️⃣ Knee raises with a 3 second lower
2️⃣ Knee raise to L-sit with a 3 second lower
3️⃣ Partner assisted toes-to-bar with 3 second lower
How long you stay in each step will vary from person to person but generally we would spend three to four weeks in each step building up strength before moving to the next!
