Elisa Sednaoui Instagram – The problem with limiting beliefs is that we don’t know we have them until we start to explore them. They come from things we were told as a child… From avoiding pain… They come from irrational fears… They come from false assumptions… Limiting beliefs hold us down, they hold us back, and act as self sabotage in the journey towards living the life we were born to live and realising our dreams. One of the methods I have found helpful to help overcome my limiting beliefs is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): a technique where we tap our acupressure points to help us to reprogram our mind. Trauma stays stored in our body and this is a form of deep release. What are your limiting beliefs? What would you do if you could release them?
