Jo Frost Instagram – UNBELIEVABLE that this entire country has different laws depending on the particular state of how much time a child can play at school unstructured. California are following through on a 30 minute law. THAT’S NOT ENOUGH! I’m just absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of empathy and understanding of what our children need from state officals. Every school across this nation needs a minimum of a1hr lunch break and 2 x 20 min morning and afternoon break. Children are NOT robots. Also when you then start to look at those children with nerodiverse challenges is it any surprise they are suffering more in silence…they are expected to push through unrealistic expectations in this type of classroom setting. It is not good enough,I hope all you parents out there push this issue state wide. Even those incarcerated get 1hr that’s more than our children, it’s shameful!! And all in the name of wanting to academically catch up with other countries and we wonder why our children have mental health issues. This certainly contributes. Too much pressure, look at China!
