Kat Graham Instagram – I visited Melkadida in Ethiopia last year and saw the devastating impacts of climate change on refugees and their host communities. Since then, the situation has gotten worse. More than ever, affected populations need our support to meet their basic needs and adapt to a changing climate. During my visit, I was met with devastation and heartbreak. Yet, I was also filled with hope. The work led by UNHCR Ethiopia colleagues and partners to help communities adapt to the climate emergency makes a difference.
