Home Actress Katrina Scott HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers March 2024 Katrina Scott Instagram - Spring has arrived ☀️ When life brings us to our knees, new seasons seem to come whether we’re ready or not. Spring came suddenly for me, and I felt really uneasy moving forward, but I know we have to put one foot in front of the other. Here are a few pics of our year so far. The last picture is a positive pregnancy test. Sadly, we miscarried this pregnancy— we went from being very surprised to shocked. It goes without saying, you truly never know what someone is going through, especially on social media. I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone. 🙏🏼🤍 With profound sadness, comes extraordinary strength… and you have the strength within to come out on the other side. We took some time, and we paused all efforts of the podcast and @ksl.thelabel. My past self would have pushed through and distracted myself with work. I would have drowned my feelings with keeping busy and doing what I thought was expected of me. Now, with two daughters at home, it’s too much to do it all. Time is spent raising humans and finding small pockets of time to heal. We were not expecting this pregnancy, so our emotions have been all over the place. From shock, to sadness, asking myself ‘what ifs’, and wondering who they were. While my body and hormones are returning to my ‘normal,’ my heart still feels confused and torn. And oddly, these feelings have only deepened as time has passed with this loss. The comfort I find is knowing all these angels have each other. ☁️ We will share more on the podcast soon; we’ve just been taking our time. I want to say thank you for always being there through the tough stuff. I appreciate you for being here. I feel like the older I get, the more precious each day and each connection is. We’re so blessed to be here and to have one another. We’re all going through something— whatever it is you’re experiencing, I want you to know that my heart is with you. Seasons change and life moves forward whether we’re ready or not, but it doesn’t mean we can’t give ourselves permission to pause. You will get through this. You will heal. You will feel joy again… I promise. Sending a Prayer to each and every one of you.🪽 With all my heart, Katrina

Katrina Scott Instagram – Never did I think I would live across the country from my parents — but we make it work. 🙏🏼 A lot of you have asked me advice about long distance with family… here are some things that we do that have worked for us.

– FaceTime as much as possible!
– Plan trips and look up flight deals way ahead of time
– Do your best to take time off work when you visit so you can be 100% present during the time you do have.
– Explore new places together and make plans for fun experiences
– Be open to change and creating new traditions
– Lastly, we share a digital frame together. We add pics every week— it’s so nice to glance over and see something new. I probably look at our frame over 20 times a day. It’s the first thing I see when I make coffee in the morning and it’s the last thing I see before going to bed. The girls love looking at the photos too! My new goal is to start making physical family photo albums.

If you have any tips to stay close to family that is long distance, please share below ☺️
Katrina Scott Instagram – Here are my top 12 healthy habit goals for this spring. I’d love to hear some of yours below! I think my biggest struggle is having time, but I think with less scrolling and practicing more mindfulness, we can achieve most of these almost every day!

1. I get more jitters with coffee, so I’ve been trying to incorporate matcha lattes.

2. I tend to rush into my workouts, so I’m focused on stretching for 5 minutes while I warm up.

3. There’s no denying that strength training is the absolute best for our muscles, bone health, and longevity. I’m focused on strength training 3x a week including a lot of single leg exercises for balance! Plus tons of core and pelvic floor exercises.

4. It’s hard to remember supplements with a busy schedule (especially chasing after 2 kids!) so I’m really focused on being consistent with my supplements and morning smoothies. I can feel the difference if I stop, so I’m really focused on staying consistent.

5. Journaling is such an amazing practice. Set intentions for your day, give thanks to all your blessings, and share what you want to work toward. My new goal is to do this in front of a window or in direct sunlight for vitamin D, increased serotonin, and improved sleep quality.

6. We recently swapped out all of our plastic water bottles, Tupperware and food containers for glass. We started a water delivery which is actually saving us money and it’s better for our health and Mother Nature. 🌱

7. Deep breathing- we can go all day without taking a deep breath. I’ve been taking at least 60 seconds of deep breaths to help with stress, blood pressure, and feelings of anxiousness.

8. Positive self-talk… this is huge. When something comes up (self-doubt, insecurities) it’s important to remember that you are just one person living this human experience. We all make mistakes, we can all feel deeply, and we all feel down sometimes. Give yourself grace and know that you are worthy of happiness, self-forgiveness, compassion and kindness.🤍🙏🏼
