Kelsey Edwards Instagram – the day i started to normalize the things i want is the day things started to change.

booking lead roles? acting across name actors? working on studio lots? passive income? time & location freedom? an engaged, loving community on social media? all normal. all within reach.

when we put what we want on a pedestal, we actually repel it.

we’re actually signaling to the universe and to that thing that 1. we are not an energetic match for it and 2. we don’t believe we’re worthy of it.

when we start to think of success as the baseline and normalize it within our subconscious mind, we literally start to wire ourselves for success. you don’t know or identify with anything else.

when someone else has success, you’re like ā€œduh!ā€ the energy and people around me are successful!

and yay! someone i love is doing well, which is also a sign that it’s possible for me.

when you don’t get an opportunity you wanted or something doesn’t work out the way you thought it would, you don’t sweat it, because you know it wasn’t aligned for you anyway.

you are wired for success, so if something doesn’t become yours or it’s time to let it go, it’s simply not a part of your success story.

suddenly you are detached from everything and worthy of anything.

i know this is definitely easier said than done, and when you first start to practice this way of thinking, you’ll probably bump up against a bunch of your limiting beliefs.

ā€œwell i haven’t done this before..ā€ ā€œi don’t know if i’m actually worthy of this..ā€ ā€œthis kind of happens for someone else, not me..ā€ etc. etc.

that’s why working through these blocks is soo important, because your subconscious brain is just doing its job of trying to protect you.

it knows where you’ve been hurt before, and it does everything in its power to keep that from happening again.

that’s why we have to consciously work at rewiring our subconscious mind to create safety in our nervous system, so that we can believe we are worthy of AND easily receive success.

let me know if you need help with this!!
