Kelsey Edwards Instagram – the day i started to normalize the things i want is the day things started to change.
booking lead roles? acting across name actors? working on studio lots? passive income? time & location freedom? an engaged, loving community on social media? all normal. all within reach.
when we put what we want on a pedestal, we actually repel it.
weāre actually signaling to the universe and to that thing that 1. we are not an energetic match for it and 2. we donāt believe weāre worthy of it.
when we start to think of success as the baseline and normalize it within our subconscious mind, we literally start to wire ourselves for success. you donāt know or identify with anything else.
when someone else has success, youāre like āduh!ā the energy and people around me are successful!
and yay! someone i love is doing well, which is also a sign that itās possible for me.
when you donāt get an opportunity you wanted or something doesnāt work out the way you thought it would, you donāt sweat it, because you know it wasnāt aligned for you anyway.
you are wired for success, so if something doesnāt become yours or itās time to let it go, itās simply not a part of your success story.
suddenly you are detached from everything and worthy of anything.
i know this is definitely easier said than done, and when you first start to practice this way of thinking, youāll probably bump up against a bunch of your limiting beliefs.
āwell i havenāt done this before..ā āi donāt know if iām actually worthy of this..ā āthis kind of happens for someone else, not me..ā etc. etc.
thatās why working through these blocks is soo important, because your subconscious brain is just doing its job of trying to protect you.
it knows where youāve been hurt before, and it does everything in its power to keep that from happening again.
thatās why we have to consciously work at rewiring our subconscious mind to create safety in our nervous system, so that we can believe we are worthy of AND easily receive success.
let me know if you need help with this!!
