Lilián García Instagram – Day 3 of WSW was EPIC!! 💛 We planned to go for a hike, but it wasn’t until that day that we decided to do the Laguna Beach hike which started right behind my former house. I knew the trail well so I was very excited to share it with my sisters, but I had no idea that because of all the California rains that had been occurring, we were going to be met with so much mud. Not to mention, we didn’t know it was gonna rain that day, but that led to an awesome adventure. ⛰️🌧️ 14 girls laughing it up and working as a team to get through the two hour hike. The views were spectacular and the camaraderie and bonding time was even better. At the top of the mountain towards the end of the hike, one of the women @sarah12smiles , stopped us and had us reflect on what we had just experienced. She presented it in such a beautiful manner, reminding us that we were all going to the same destination and on the same path, but all having different experiences. That really made me reflect on life where we are all going to the same destination – heaven but all having different experiences. What I loved about this adventure was how no one was complaining. We were all full of joy no matter the circumstance and helping each other through it when someone needed a hand (like poor @shelbydaniellephotography who had no traction on her shoes 😆). When searching for the right people to share this life with, look for these qualities whether it’s your partner or tribe. Life is much easier when you have people around you that are full of support, love, patience, joy & kindness. As we ended our day all dolled up and breaking bread together, we reflected on our 3 days together and how we were forever changed by it. This is what life is all about. Surrounding yourself with amazing humans and sharing this crazy ride together. I love you sisters! I am grateful for you and forever changed by you!
