Maggie Egan Instagram – While in Orlando Jim and I went to meet Norma Coto at her beautiful home and flipped through her scrapbooks and listened to her tales of coming to America from Cuba. What a beautiful life with a beautiful and successful family she built with her husband, Dr. Manny Coto. She won awards as a teacher and even wrote her own cookbook with Cuban recipes. We love our dear friends @yadicoto @cotovino Norma’s son, @melinacoto and @oliviacoto who celebrated her birthday last weekend which our daughter @emmieec96 attended. Happy Birthday Olivia.
