One of the biggest programs or addictions I am in the process of overcoming is the addiction to fear that something is always wrong and that I need something outside of me to fix it. When in reality there’s nowhere to get to because i already have everything I need right now and anything extra that comes into my life that is worthwhile, can only come from this place of awareness, and i don’t want it because I’m missing something right now.. I already have everything I need and I’m just open to receiving more..
Easier said than done for so many of us. Especially when we are going through life crisis. Just continuing to break down the walls of conditioning and it’s beautiful and painful and all of the things and I wanted to share:)
