Megha Gupta Instagram – It’s funny how he wanted to trouble me while I was taking this video and after 7325 attempts when I finally gave up and compiled what I shot, he went and slept peacefully. I really tried from the start to focus but Moby the great had me right from the word go πŸ˜‚

Okay so main thing. March goal – to brush with the non dominant hand. This will help open up new neuro pathways, help in mind body connection, better motor skills, better coordination and is a zero cost, no investment (I mean, not even your time. You brush everyday) way to challenge yourself and keep your mind sharp. 

I’ll be doing this as well and we all get to discuss our journey for the next 31 days on the Watsapp group. The link for which is below as well as the bio. 

I’ve also decided to brush at night in March (😭), something I’ve never done. I’m told it will help me sleep better, among other benefits. You are most welcome to do that with me as well. Just in your premises, not mine :)

Having changed many schools, cities, countries and thus many friends as I was growing up, I tried to hold on. I tried to belong, only to come to the conclusion, that I was never meant to. I am a disruptor, a major one at that. I question, I’m happy to go against the tide, even if it means being alone in that journey. 

The manipulators hate me, they can’t manipulate me. I’m happy to be hated in that context. I’d rather be hated, be my true authentic self and be chosen for that than be someones’ yes (wo)man and be under their umbrella. 

I’ve found my tribe and we choose each other, everyday. 

We find support in one another and cherish what we have, always massively grateful for what we are building together. 

It’s slow, steady, and solid.
