Melissa O’Neil Instagram – a moment in time. @quanyingongfu and I when a small group of us gathered in San Cristóbal de las Casas to practice together. This came after many months of intimate online study exploring qigong, gongfu, taichi, and sword. Recently, forgive me – I forget where, I heard someone talking about how an ailment of growing up and living in the west is this obsession with over-intellectualizing every last little thing. And that often what the wellness of our being needs most is to get out of our heads and into our bodies. Move. Move. Move. Then Stillness.
