I became stronger and wiser in business.
I prayed and waited my entire life for you 2023, the year I became I mother.

I learned the real meaning of love…weather I was falling apart, no matter how tired, sad, busy, I am, he always comes first.
It is incredible it changes you completely.
You become an octopus when it comes to juggle things at the same time.

A lion when it comes to protecting them.

A fish that swims even through everything while trying to keep the calm.
It builds you like nothing else.

A ya un año de haber dado a luz siento que finalmente voy saliendo de la tortura de la DEPRESIÓN POST PARTO.
.
1.La Depresión post parto SI EXISTE.
2. No la ignores.
3. Si te sientes que te estás ahogando y estás siempre abrumada, lloras a cada rato y por nada?
4. Si te sientes sola, aún estando rodeada de personas y que no vez la luz al final del túnel?
5. Si sientes que haz perdido tu norte y no sabes cómo volver a ser tu?
6. Te alejas de todo y de todos?
7. Te da miedo todo, hasta salir de tu casa y más con el bb en el auto?
8. No tiene tiempo límite.
.
Bueno la verdad es que NO ESTÁS LOCA, solo estás pasando por Depresión Post Parto.
.
IMPORTANTE:
Hablalo con personas.
.
Hablalo con tu pareja .
.
Busca ayuda.
.
Encuentra algún grupo de mujeres que estén pasando por lo mismo, así no te sentirás sola.
.
Y no olvides que esto pasará, y que todo esto por lo que estás pasando valió la pena!
.
Tente mucha paciencia.
.
Arréglate aunque no vayas a salir.
.
Sal y agarra aire, tomate tiempo para ti.
.
Espero que si estas pasando por lo mismo, te ayude saber que a muchas nos puede pasar y que NO ESTÁS SOLA.
.
Algo muy importante no estés en negación, yo lo estuve, y creo q fue peor.
Esto es pasajero, y la verdad que aún haber sido terrible por mi hijo lo pasaría 1000 veces todo.

No olvides que para que tu bebé esté bien, tú debes estar bien.

Yo sabía que mi mamá, había sacrificado mucho, que como a todas nadie le enseñó a ser madre, que siempre se quedó despierta hasta saber que todos estábamos dentro de casa, sanos y salvo, que siempre estaba ahí para protegernos y curarnos y yo le creía cuando me decía “ustedes son mis tesoros”, pero me quedé muy corta, hoy después de convertirme en madre no se como lo hizo y con 3, y es cierto no hay amor más puro, más grande, más intenso que el amor de una madre con sus hijos. @querubebarichovicht GRACIAS mamá te amo… A mi hermana @annabelleglover quien es una extraordinaria madre y lo da todo por sus hijos y a todas las madres Feliz Día de las madres….seres humanos divinos, y especiales!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦
