Rachel Shenton Instagram – It’s such a privilege to tell this story….My Nan, grandad, aunts and uncles all worked in the pottery industry….when making this project we interviewed over a hundred ex potters… between laughter and mischief… one woman told us she worked for months and months and months to perfect a tulip, she said she couldn’t sleep until she got it right. Another one said when she held a paintbrush she knew that’s what she wanted to do for the rest of her life…..There was so much love, skill and craftsmanship that went into to every piece…They were artists…❤️ 👩🎨 🎨
