Romantic night in a few days ago. So I opened a cracker and made an authentic Carbonara just like they make in Rome. No cream just egg yolks 😋
And then just as I opened the wine…Argument!!!! with @fruitcake_fundamentals 😂😂😂 (it was quickly resolved though… Obviously it was my fault to start with… (it mostly is 🤪😳)…. All I had to do was apologise and voila, job done!!! The night was back on track 😜😂
Oh and one small disclaimer if I may…. Don’t shoot me! I made it with bacon. I had no Guanciale 🤷🏻♂️ C’est la vie! Not to worry, I will still go to heaven x
As for the wine @iamginodacampo would simply say Mama Mia!!!
Orange brick colour. Incredibly powerful with distinctive notes of cherry, rose, freshly grounded coffee grain, tar, leather and anise. Delightful and elegant on the palate. Balanced to perfection. As smooth as velvet. Long finish. | Posted on 27/Mar/2024 15:10:23
