Kevin Cronin Instagram – After 17 years as Kevin Cronin’s guitar tech, in May of 2019, Steve “Smooth” Summers became gravely ill with pulmonary fibrosis. He was pulled off the road by his pulmonologist and told that he needed a lung transplant. Smooth had a bilateral lung transplant on April 17, 2020 and since then, Kevin and REO have sought creative ways to help him build a new life including the “Time For Me To Fly” Collection!
