Over the years I’ve often worked out with many trainers but had never actually been trained by one until Rob. I was headed to Australia to shoot #aquamanmovie and they told me to find a trainer to get me into top shape. Of course, in the movie, I ended up in a bulky suit that totally covered my body🤣. Anyway, I called Rob and he had me doing all kinds of fun things and we even made up some shit. I had done #hiitworkouts before but my 6 to 8 weeks with Rob really gave me a passion for it! This was the last of a few 5 minute sets and that may be why my form and breathing is all over the place 😂
