Roy Choi Instagram – Last night was amazing!
Operationally our best service ever.
The food was the best it’s been as well.
5 is my favorite number and in our 5th service we hit that groove.
It’s been a trip working this soft opening out in real time with you and it took us a few services but I’m so proud of the team for getting to where we need to be by number 5.
No waits, fast and efficient, delicious, and I even smiled a bit.
Thank you for being with us through Spring Training.
One more service THIS SATURDAY then we gotta take the rest of April off so the Kogi team can be at Coachella and Stagecoach but we’ll be back in May at the same spot, then start moving around to all our loyal neighborhoods city and county wide.
So come on out in force this Saturday and show love and get your fix in.
We are dialed in!
