Saransh Goila Instagram – Ep. 5 of Feels Wale Meals is hereeee! It’s to break the usual monotony of your lunch and dinner. This one is an assembly of Mushroom Recheado, Methi Aloo, Kalanamak Rice, Egg and Onion. You can also make your own upside down Bowl with sabzis, salad and grains of your choice. *Upside Down MUSHROOM RICE BOWL*

20 Dried red chilies
8 to 10 Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger
1/2 cup Malt vinegar
Soak for 2 hours or overnight

Cook soaked rice

200g Mushrooms, sliced (button & oyster)

Add the soaked chilies to a blender
1 inch Cinnamon stick
2 to 3 Cloves
4 to 6 Black peppercorns
1 tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Blend into a smooth paste

1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
A few curry leaves
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
Sauté till translucent
Add the chili paste
& cook till the oil starts separating
Add the mushrooms
1/2 tsp Sugar
Mix well & cook for about 5 minutes
Look at that 🤤🤌🏻

1 tbsp Mustard oil
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Hing
2 Potatoes, peeled & diced
Sauté well
1 Green chili, chopped
1/2 bunch Methi, chopped
Salt to taste
Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes
Look at that 😮‍💨

Fry an egg
Add red chili powder & salt to taste

Assemble the bowl

Egg
Sliced onions
Methi aloo
Boiled rice
Mushroom balchao
Sliced onions
Boiled rice
Press firmly

Turn it

Serve hot
