blueberry protein pancakes that actually taste DELICIOUS! 🥹🥞✨💛
my fav Sunday morning treat ☺️
I love making these pancakes when I feel like something sweet but still want a protein packed breakfast. They are so delicious, I hope you try it 🫶🏼
recipe:
– 1 cup oats
– 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use lactose free)
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– vanilla
– salt
– 1/2 lemon zested
– dash of cinnamon
– blueberries
blend ingredients, leaving blueberries to add to the batter after or sprinkle into pancakes. Pour batter into a buttered pan and flip when the little holes appear. Top with whatever you’d like 🤍
